Mr. Aroyan holds dual Master's degrees in Education, specializing in Administration and Counseling, from California State University, Los Angeles, and Point Loma University. He was the Founding Principal of Sahag-Mesrop Armenian Christian School in Pasadena before moving to Ferrahian High School as a Mathematics teacher. For the past 17 years, he has been a member of the faculty at John Muir High School in Pasadena, and acted as the Chair of the Counseling Department.
Mr. Kabakian completed his Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Southern California. He joined McDonnell Douglas in 1988 and is currently Senior Engineer in the Flight Sciences Division at the Boeing Company. Mr. Kabakian also enjoys his role as Armenian youth advisor in Glendale.
Mr. Manoukian received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge, followed by an MBA Degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst. Mr. Manoukian was elected to the Glendale City Council in 1999 and re-elected in 2003. He also served a term as Mayor.
Mrs. Matevosian is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature. She earned her California Teaching Credentials and later taught for 11 years in the Glendale Unified School District. Mrs. Matevosian, along with her husband, has also directed a preschool in Glendale.
Mrs. Simonian holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, four teaching credentials, and an Armenian Studies Certificate. Currently she is a teacher in the Glendale Unified School District. Mrs. Seta Simonian has been an educator for over 30 years, having taught elementary to high school levels. She has been actively involved as an organizer, activist, speaker, and performer within many community organizations, particularly the Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society.
